Hakkari Review is an open-access journal that does not charge any fees.

No fees are charged to authors at any stage of the manuscript submission, editorial evaluation, peer-review, acceptance, publication, or online access processes. The acceptance and publication of manuscripts are not contingent upon any form of payment and are determined solely on the basis of the journal’s scholarly and editorial evaluation processes.

All published works are made freely and openly accessible to readers.
